Capri goat cheeses are handcrafted at a small cheese factory in the heart of Wisconsin's Driftless Area.
The cheeses are made in small batches, using traditional artisan techniques. Some of the cheeses are cave-aged to enhance taste, flavor and appearance, and some cheeses are raw milk aged cheeses.
